When you book, you authorize My Best Night (or its payment providers) to charge the total shown at checkout. Depending on the listing, you pay in full at booking or according to the schedule displayed.
We accept major credit and debit cards as well as the local payment methods shown at checkout.
Hosts set their nightly price. The guest total may include cleaning fees, a service fee and applicable taxes — always shown before payment.
Currency conversion, if any, uses the rate of your payment provider at the time of the charge.
Host payouts are released after check-in, minus our service commission, to the payout method registered by the host. Payout times depend on banks and payment providers (usually a few business days).
Hosts must provide accurate payout details and tax information where required by law.
Refunds follow the cancellation policy of the listing. When a refund is due, it is issued to the original payment method; bank processing times apply.
If a stay cannot take place because of the host (cancellation, inaccessible or misrepresented property), we arrange an equivalent stay or a refund.
Guests are responsible for damage beyond normal wear. Hosts must document claims (photos, receipts) within a reasonable time after checkout.
Fraudulent payments, chargeback abuse or circumvention of our payment system may lead to account suspension and legal action.
