My Best Night ("we", "us") operates a marketplace connecting travelers ("guests") with accommodation providers ("hosts"). By creating an account, booking a stay or publishing a listing, you accept these Terms of Service as well as our Payments Terms, Nondiscrimination Policy and Privacy Policy.
You must be at least 18 years old to use My Best Night.
A booking is confirmed once payment is accepted. The confirmation shows the total price, check-in and check-out times, the address and the house rules. Guests must respect the house rules and the maximum occupancy of the property.
Prices are displayed with all mandatory fees included before you pay. Promotional prices may require a minimum stay.
Each listing states its cancellation policy (flexible, moderate or strict). Refunds follow the policy selected by the host and visible before booking.
If a host cancels or the property is materially different from its description, our support team will help you find an equivalent stay or obtain a refund under the Payments Terms.
Hosts must provide accurate descriptions, photos, amenities and availability, keep their calendar up to date, honor confirmed bookings, and ensure the property is clean, safe and as described.
Hosts are responsible for complying with local laws (registration, taxes, safety standards) applicable to their listings.
Guests must provide accurate information, treat properties with care, respect neighbors and house rules, and never make a booking for a third party without declaring it.
Any damage must be reported promptly. Guests may be charged for damage beyond normal wear under the Payments Terms.
Reviews must reflect a genuine stay and follow our content rules: no insults, discrimination, fake reviews or conflicts of interest. We may remove reviews that violate these rules.
All members must treat each other with respect, without bias based on origin, religion, nationality, ethnicity, disability, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation or age — see our Nondiscrimination Policy and Community Commitment.
My Best Night acts as an intermediary and is not a party to the accommodation contract between guest and host, except for payment processing and support. Our liability is limited as permitted by applicable law.
